Description: This three-level assisted living facility is located on the east hill of Kent and contains 89 studio, alcove and one and two bedroom resident apartments, as well as commercial kitchen, dining room, ice cream parlor, library, beauty shop, television room and other supporting areas. The building contains 60,900 square feet and is framed of wood and clad with manufactured cementitious siding and asphalt roof shingles. The building was completed and licensed in January of 2000.
