Description: This three-level, long-term healthcare facility located in San Marcos is a 120-bed skilled nursing center containing both private and semi-private resident rooms.  The facility also includes a complete therapy suite for both in- and out-patients.  The building contains 45,000 square feet and cost $3.8 million to construct in 1989.  The structural steel frame with metal stud and decking is clad with a stucco finish and concrete tile roofing.

Description: This single-level long-term healthcare facility located in north Tacoma contains 4 private and 38 semi-private resident rooms (including a 20-bed Special Care Unit for residents with Alzheimers’ Disease) and a complete therapy suite for both in- and out-patients.  The building contains 45,000 square feet and cost $3.6 million to construct in 1989.  The wood framed structure is clad with manufactured wood siding and asphalt shingle roofing.

Description: This single-level, 20-bed addition to an existing 100-bed long-term healthcare facility located in Puyallup is comprised of ten semi-private resident rooms and an activity room.  The addition contains 8,100 square feet and cost $700,000 to construct in 1992.  The wood frame is clad with an exterior insulation finish system and built-up bituminous roofing.

Description: This single-level long-term healthcare facility is comprised of 120 beds in both private and semi-private resident rooms.  The facility also includes a 24-bed Special Care Unit for residents with Alzheimers’ Disease and complete therapy suite for in- and out-patients.  The building contains 49,000 square feet and cost $3.8 million to construct in 1995.  The concrete block structure is clad with an exterior insulation finish system and concrete tile roofing.
