Description: This $13.5 million acquisition of an existing timeshare resort near the theme parks of Orlando is comprised of two 39-unit towers and reception building with cafe, bar, check-in facility, boutique and offices.  The resort includes two swimming pools and three jacuzzi spas, as well as exercise room, theater and cabana bar.  Fifty condominiums, comprised of one, two and three bedroom suites, were purchased, remodeled and furnished by the Owner, along with the development and approval of a master plan to construct three additional towers totaling 168 more units.

Description: This three-level, 69-unit condominium building was converted to a timeshare resort serving the Midwest region for the Owner.  Located on a bluff overlooking the historic town of Galena, the studio, one bedroom and two bedroom living units were refurbished to meet the Owner’s standards.  Also renewed were the indoor pool, spa and sauna, exercise and game rooms, spacious lobby and outdoor sport court, as well as the building’s wood structure and exterior finishes.  The $1.4 million project was completed in the fall of 2003.

Description: This 92-unit vacation timeshare resort overlooks the beautiful harbor of Victoria.  The facility is comprised of two multi-story cast-in-place concrete towers with landscaped courtyard and lobby, check-in and exercise building.  The entire structure sets atop a “parkade” for the guests’ automobiles.  The fully-furnished one and two bedroom living units, as well as spacious penthouses, are accompanied by the outdoor lap pool and whirlpool spas.  Built by a Canadian developer, the resort cost was $12.5 million when opened in the spring of 2003.

Description: This 228-unit timeshare vacation resort is located in the wine country of central California.  It is comprised of eight condominium buildings, along with a reception / check-in facility which houses a boutique, business center, exercise and game rooms, guest kitchen and television room.  The resort’s amenities include two swimming pools, jacuzzi spas, sports courts and barbecue areas.  The resort cost $24.5 million when completed in the spring of 2004.

Description: This timeshare vacation resort on the beach in Seaside is comprised of 283 fully-furnished living units and an adjacent 635-stall parking garage.  The eight-story cast-in-place concrete structure, built with “insulated concrete forms” and an exterior insulation finish system, is one of the largest structures of this type in the country.  Completed in July 2003, the resort cost $53.5 million to construct and is one of the Company’s most popular resorts.  The complex includes a spacious lobby and check-in area, boutique, business center, exercise and game rooms, outdoor pools and spas, sales facility and retail shops.
