Description: This single-level assisted living facility located adjacent to a successful retirement community contains 50 studio resident apartments, as well as a commercial kitchen, dining room, living room, therapy suite, beauty shop, television / activity room and other supporting areas. The building contains 31,250 square feet of space and cost $2.3 million to construct in 1997. The wood framed structure is clad with vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing. This community matches those prototypical buildings constructed in Ocean Shores, Washington and Amarillo, Texas.

Description: This two-level assisted living facility located near the Tacoma waterfront contains 57 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom resident apartments and is connected by an enclosed bridge to the adjacent retirement community.  The building contains 46,600 square feet and cost $2.5 million to construct in 1993.  The entry is defined by a heavy timber canopy and the wood-framed structure is clad with manufactured wood siding and asphalt shingle roofing.

Description: This assisted living facility located along the Pacific Coast contains 50 studio resident apartments, as well as commercial kitchen, dining room, living room, therapy suite, beauty shop, activity room and other supporting areas.  The building contains 31,000 square feet and cost $2.1 million to construct in 1996.  The wood-framed structure is clad with vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing.  This one-story building promotes a comfortable setting for the residents and was developed as a “prototype facility” for repeated construction throughout the country.

Description: This two-level assisted living facility located in Greenville contains 82 studio, alcove, one bedroom and two bedroom resident apartments, as well as commercial kitchen, dining room, living room, therapy suite, activity room, beauty shop, television room and other supporting areas.  The building contains 65,000 square feet and cost $4.8 million to construct in 1997.  The wood-framed structure is clad with manufactured cementitious siding and asphalt shingle roofing.  The
building is located on a master-planned site containing a nursing home and detached cottages for the elderly.

Description: This three-level assisted living facility located in Puyallup contains 101 studio, alcove, one bedroom and two bedroom resident apartments, as well as a commercial kitchen, dining room, library, therapy suite, activity room, chapel, beauty shop, television room and other supporting areas. The building contains 72,000 square feet and cost $4.1 million to construct in 1997. The wood-framed structure is clad with manufactured wood siding and asphalt shingle roofing. This building design was developed as a “prototype facility” for the Owner and was constructed in many locations throughout the country.

Description: This three-level assisted living facility is located on the east hill of Kent and contains 89 studio, alcove and one and two bedroom resident apartments, as well as commercial kitchen, dining room, ice cream parlor, library, beauty shop, television room and other supporting areas. The building contains 60,900 square feet and is framed of wood and clad with manufactured cementitious siding and asphalt roof shingles. The building was completed and licensed in January of 2000.

Description: This 21-unit, single-family residential neighborhood is located along the Holmes Harbor Golf Course on Whidbey Island. The “bungalow style” homes face landscaped courtyards and enjoy spectacular views of the harbor. The homes range in size from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet and sell for up to $450,000 each. The wood-framed homes are clad with lap siding and shingles and decorated with white trim in the “craftsman style.”

Description: This 22-unit, duplex condominium project sets on a 4.3 acre site and includes two bedroom / two bathroom homes ranging from 1,628 to 1,820 square feet. The single-level structures easily accommodate the elderly and each building has high ceilings, maple flooring, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, kitchen islands and paneled wood doors. Construction commenced in September 1999 and sales began in April 2000.

Mosler Lofts

Description: This 12-story condominium project located in Seattle’s Belltown district contains 150 loft-style living units, street-level retail spaces and underground parking garage. The building contains 234,000 square feet and cost $41 million to construct in early 2007. The cast-in-place concrete frame is clad with precast concrete and aluminum panels, along with an extensive window wall system. This LEED Silver building received several awards including 2008 Best High-Rise Condo Community and 2008 Multi-Family Community of the year.
