Description: This three-level assisted living facility located in Puyallup contains 101 studio, alcove, one bedroom and two bedroom resident apartments, as well as a commercial kitchen, dining room, library, therapy suite, activity room, chapel, beauty shop, television room and other supporting areas. The building contains 72,000 square feet and cost $4.1 million to construct in 1997. The wood-framed structure is clad with manufactured wood siding and asphalt shingle roofing. This building design was developed as a “prototype facility” for the Owner and was constructed in many locations throughout the country.
