The building contains 31,250 square feet of space and cost $2.3 million to construct in 1997. The wood framed structure is clad with vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing. This community matches those prototypical buildings constructed in Ocean Shores, Washington and Amarillo, Texas.</p>

<strong>Description:</strong> This four-level, fully occupied condominium community on the shores of Lake Washington in Kirkland contains 44 residential units and was constructed in 1984 by another contractor.  Since severe water damage was discovered within the exterior walls, these walls were completely rebuilt with cementitious panel siding, upgraded sheathing and insulation and structural wood framing, along with significant seismic upgrades to improve the building’s performance during earthquakes.  New energy efficient windows and doors and contemporary balconies and railing were also installed to upgrade the look of the building.  The repair work cost $2 million and will be completed in the summer of 2010.</p>

<strong>Description:</strong> This single-level long-term healthcare facility is comprised of 120 beds in both private and semi-private resident rooms.  The facility also includes a 24-bed Special Care Unit for residents with Alzheimers&#8217; Disease and complete therapy suite for in- and out-patients.  The building contains 49,000 square feet and cost $3.8 million to construct in 1995.  The concrete block structure is clad with an exterior insulation finish system and concrete tile roofing.</p>

<strong>Description:</strong> This $13.5 million acquisition of an existing timeshare resort near the theme parks of Orlando is comprised of two 39-unit towers and reception building with cafe, bar, check-in facility, boutique and offices.  The resort includes two swimming pools and three jacuzzi spas, as well as exercise room, theater and cabana bar.  Fifty condominiums, comprised of one, two and three bedroom suites, were purchased, remodeled and furnished by the Owner, along with the development and approval of a master plan to construct three additional towers totaling 168 more units.</p>
