Description: This 22-unit, duplex condominium project sets on a 4.3 acre site and includes two bedroom / two bathroom homes ranging from 1,628 to 1,820 square feet. The single-level structures easily accommodate the elderly and each building has high ceilings, maple flooring, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, kitchen islands and paneled wood doors. Construction commenced in September 1999 and sales began in April 2000.
