Description: This assisted living facility located along the Pacific Coast contains 50 studio resident apartments, as well as commercial kitchen, dining room, living room, therapy suite, beauty shop, activity room and other supporting areas. The building contains 31,000 square feet and cost $2.1 million to construct in 1996. The wood-framed structure is clad with vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing. This one-story building promotes a comfortable setting for the residents and was developed as a “prototype facility” for repeated construction throughout the country.
