Description: This two-level assisted living facility located near the Tacoma waterfront contains 57 studio, one bedroom and two bedroom resident apartments and is connected by an enclosed bridge to the adjacent retirement community. The building contains 46,600 square feet and cost $2.5 million to construct in 1993. The entry is defined by a heavy timber canopy and the wood-framed structure is clad with manufactured wood siding and asphalt shingle roofing.
