Description: This 12-story condominium project located in Seattle’s Belltown district contains 150 loft-style living units, street-level retail spaces and underground parking garage. The building contains 234,000 square feet and cost $41 million to construct in early 2007. The cast-in-place concrete frame is clad with precast concrete and aluminum panels, along with an extensive window wall system. This LEED Silver building received several awards including 2008 Best High-Rise Condo Community and 2008 Multi-Family Community of the year.
