It is comprised of eight condominium buildings, along with a reception / check-in facility which houses a boutique, business center, exercise and game rooms, guest kitchen and television room. The resort’s amenities include two swimming pools, jacuzzi spas, sports courts and barbecue areas. The resort cost $24.5 million when completed in the spring of 2004.
